Our Development Procedure

Introductory Meeting

First, we will meet with our client in person or over the phone to determine what exactly their needs are. This begins the concept phase in our developmental process. We will discuss the main goals and objectives the client has in this project. From there we will talk about what they have visualized so far in their project, and any ideas they have of how they want it to turn out. Lastly, we will determine a timeline together for the project to be completed in the client's budget.

Description Finalization

After the meeting, Fuse Media will then discuss ideas that it has within itself. From there, Fuse Media will come up with a price quote for the project along with a finalized timeline. Fuse Media will then present this information to the client, and then it will be up to the client whether they would like to move forward or not. Also, if the client has had any new ideas, they will share it with Fuse Media so that we can turn these ideas in a reality.

Developmental Phase

The next step is for Fuse Media to take these ideas and fuse them into a reality for our client. We will begin designing the project based on the ideas of the client, and with our own creativity in hand. The goal here is to produce a project, which the client has been visualizing in his mind all this time. Throughout this phase, input from the client is very valuable for Fuse Media. We will give you many updates on how the project is coming along, and we would like to know what you think all along the way. Whenever the client feels that a certain aspect of the project needs refining, Fuse Media will do so as to produce the perfect reality that the client is looking for.

Implementation

This is when the final project is ready to be published and launched. We will do this hand in hand with the client so that their marketing strategy will be utilized to the fullest. All of the necessary files and documents wil be provided to the client in order to accomplish this strategy.

Post-Analysis

After product has been fully launched, we will make sure that everything is running properly with no bugs or errors. Once this has been completed, everything will be turned over to the client unless they would like to utilize our Full Web Management services. Otherwise, the client will have 10 business days to contact us with any errors, which we will fix immediately at no extra charge. After this time, Fuse Media will always be available to the client as we strive to keep long term relationships with all of our clients. Fuse Media loves to see future success of our clients, and we are very happy to have turned their ideas into reality.
